16 Point Standard Tune-Up
Check thermostat operation
Clean Filter or replace (customer supplied filter)
Inspect disconnect
Inspect fuses
Inspect wiring
Tighten electrical connections
Inspect contactors, relays, and pressure controls
Inspect electrical safety circuits

Check voltage and amperage to all motors
Inspect indoor blower and motor for dirt build-up
Inspect bearings and lubricate all moving parts (if needed)
Inspect the defrost cycle & heat strips (for heat pumps)
For Gas Pack Models: Check gas pressure settings
Inspect condensate drain
Inspect outdoor coil
Inspect seal at the unit and secure panels
Run and test the system.

My heat pump went out Christmas day and I called First American Home Warranty and they quickly sent a work order to Newman Heating and Cooling. On Tuesday Dec 29th they came and worked in my unit and quickly replaced the capacitor and got heat flowing in my home again. They recommend replacing the motor because it was shot. So he let the home warranty place know and they'll send him the motor and he'll come put it in. I am very pleased with Newman Heating and Cooling and how professional They're. I highly recommend a guy by the name of Darrell who works for them. He is very experienced in heat pump work and knows what he is doing

We had Jessica call and set up an appointment to repair our furnace. She was very helpful and polite. Lance was our technician, he was on time, quickly found a problem. He had to order a part, he had Jessica call and update us and set up a time to come back and install the part. Lance again was on time, and shortly had our heat working. Our experience with Newman's was excellent. Would certainly recommend them.
